No, again. Lotteries aren't allowed. I though that my post pointing at rules could help, but nope.
Here are them:
1. All general forum rules apply here.

2. Lotteries are not allowed.
We're restricting lotteries for official, trusted GM/Nabi hosts only. All lottery threads will be closed. Any lotteries opened after this sticky will be removed and you will be penalized. This rule also applies to raffles.

Everyone with a lottery in process will have seven days from this post to repay the toricredits to all the participants, or suffer the consequences.

3. You may charge entrance fees for events but 100% of the entrance fees must go towards the prize. No profiting off events.

4. No Reference Links Are Allowed
Threads which give users a prize for signing up with a referral link or similar will be closed and the thread maker punished.

Won't infract for this one. Already did minutes ago, take this as a warning.
