All members of the clan besides trials may invite players to the clan. Since the people we are recruiting will pretty much be real-time interviewing with us, there will be no need for them to do an application. Sending them an invite certifies that they have met or exceeded the qualifications necessary to be a part of the Electric family tree.

I don't understand.. You said we could recruit people in-game. I saw that his vote was neutral from me so i decided to test him in-game, and we chatted and everything, after playing a while i saw the potential in him and recruited him.
