Well, a person that I know who's called Raitou wants to join Hurricane. He is an orange belt lol. But he had an old account that was nearly 4th Dan Black. He was in [Guardian] but resigned after the clan collapsed and so he made a new account. I'm not going to say his old account name due to not having his permission. So... Get out and play him and make up your minds!!!

Why did he make a new account?

I have to say Yes He was the most loyal of all his old clan members and he is very nice person IMO so Hell yes lol
