To be perfectly honest, you sound more like a spoiled brat going "mine mine mine" rather than any sort of victim. You had 5 years to get over the gamecube, with a wii to substitute for it, with most of the games for your gamecube from what I can tell, and you still are whining about your brother using it.

I had a gamecube since it's release, and the thing finally broke on my last move 3 years ago because my dad dropped it. And I wasn't even mad. Upset, because the gamecube was my first console, so it was certainly dear to me. But it's a fucking hunk of plastic. My sentiments are in the memories of using it, not the actual possession. Unless your gamecube was your first lover or some equally creepy bullshit, there's practically no reason to be that attached to it physically.
