Recently I hard-reseted my router since some asshole friend hijacked the router and he filtered every mac addresses.

The condition now is default and I don't know the PPPoE username and password.
I did telnet 192.168.1.1, no luck.
Is there any way to fix this or should I contact technical support that's really inconsistent with schedule instead?

Well, regardless if you know your username, if you forgot your password, you would have to contact your internet service provider.
