3700 is barely above average.

3700 might be barely above average but as far as dotabuff labels are concerned they still use it as the cut between "High" and "Very High".
After vacation I went under to 3500 and my games started to be labeled as "High" but I climbed to 4000 and around 3700 they started getting the "Very High" label in dotabuff again.
We're still kids in buses longing to be free.
