I'm really sorry for the lack of answers folks.
It was a summer full of travels and exciting stuff, and now university is starting up again.
Anyway I'll try to respond as often as possible.

I'm making a gravity hacked replay, I followed your instructions exactly, but at frame 825 when I change the gravity the first time, Uke glitches back and almost resets. I don't understand why and I really want this replay to look good.
One of the problems is the fact that after Uke glitches, you make use of its position to start the manipulation.
He reseted to the FRAME 0 position, so we can fix that by making it so that Uke doesn't move from FRAME 0 to FRAME 175.
All you need to do is copy the POS 0 line from FRAME 0, to replace all of the following POS 0 lines until FRAME 175
Tell me if that worked later if you try it!

Is there anyway in which we could see if somebody tampered with a replay file in the notepad.
You can, but it's bothersome if you want to really be sure, or impossible if the hacker is good enough.
If you can make a new file with the NEWGAME line (meaning all the settings) equal to the original file, run the original through enikesha.net, and recreate it move by move. If the result is the same then no tampering was made with notepad.
The faster way is to go to the frames you suspect that were hacked and check notepad for the hacks that you suspect or that you know.
