Question about high qi items
Void is 20k qi yet I every single person I have ever seen with it has under 20k qi, same with elf. Can anybody explain why this is the case?

If you go to market and go to to side of the search bar and clik on items with no Qi Retrist, this should explain everything

I don't think it is the no-qi items that I am seeing though. I always see like 10th dans with void and other high qi items. For an example, look at the user Twat in my clan. He has 7k qi yet has multiple Elf items equipped which all need 15k qi. Also the GM 2WC has less than 10k qi and has void equipped, though that might just be because he is a GM or something.

twat bought these special from ishi when he was selling some non qi items. When he bought them they were pretty cheap compared to the marketeers price. He said his pure and elf set up costed him 55k. Which was a pure usertitle, relax, and timer. and then elf force, and torso.

Anyway, I think they were cheaper when ishi was selling them out. OR maybe twat got a discount. Anyway, ask him for the whole story.

You can buy certain hi qi items with USD or get them from marketeers for large amounts of tc.
Plenty of people do it, either because they're lazy or they have some money to spare.
That's the only way to get them below their qi req, unless you're really good friends with a mod who can give it to you or if you bribe them.

when you buy a no-qi item, once its in your inventory, the "no-qi restriction" tag doesn't show up.

Another way to get those items are lotteries and events in general. From time to time GMs make bigger events with better prizes, look out for a likely christmas lottery next month. I got my void force from the easter lottery this year for example. Buy your tickets and start praying.
