Wow! I just did 650 Russian Twists and 40 push ups. In sections of course.

100 RT, 10 PU
75 RT, 10PU
50 RT, 5PU
25 RT, 5PU
75 RT
and I repeat that twice. It takes 15 minutes and it really helps you build muscle in your arms and abs. Make sure to keep a healthy diet too though. Recently I've been working out and eating junk food and I realise I am just killing the muscles I built.

So, do you guys have a work out routine? Do you even work out (do you even lift bro? ).

Well, i am 13 years old. so it is not permissed for me to lift. so i am making abs for my tori, buy lifting sometimes
Well, honestly. i am kinds fat in real life. but i will start working on my self.
i joined a pingpong training, and i will join some tourneys too (since i am very good at this game)
Plus, i started eating a lot less than i used too.
Anyways, i am very tall. so i don't look very fat. i am almost 180cm tall. for my age (13 years) that is very good
