Of course it would help. Who would go around killing innocent people in the name of Islam if there were nobody in the West who'd give a crap about Mohammad or the so-called "caliph" of ISIS? If there are no Muslims to be "radicalized", you can rest easy knowing that your drawings of some fictional character won't get you a bowl of lead for breakfast.

Send them all home, let them deal with their own bad breed, and once they are ready to accept that living in a foreign country means accepting the norms of that country and not forcing your own values on your hosts, then maybe let them visit every once in a while.
