Need A Grandmaster
I'm getting back into this game.

I need someone to be able to teach me how to get better, about 2-3 times a week.

Hey Dry.
Here's an org specified in helping beginners. Check some of the teachers and PM them.
They might be inactive though, so if you're willing to learn by yourself check this tutorial.
