If you take 10% off £100 you get £90 because 10% of 100 is 10 and u take the 10 away making it 90.

So

If you PAY 10% of £100 you would only be paying £10

i DO understand :P some of these stuff costs 800 but i sell for 700 ... like 10 procent off.. but not 100 becouse then it would be free.
