the start wasn't really good and the tune is kinda glitchy but its ok.

beat is giving a big uk garage vibe
cymbals panned to the right are excellent, gives the right side of the mix a lot of room. i think i would like to know what the song would sound like if you also gave some room to the left side. im not exactly sure if it would be good though, i think i am just used to tons of reverb from what i listen to

Yeah the panning in the mix is almost random. I just took some of the sniipets and such and randomly panned them a little. The cymbals are panned in somewhat "realistic" way.
