Everytime that i close the game (i don't use steam) my settings are reset.
Example; I use graphics on maximun, with shaders, i close the game and when i start it again i have minimun graphics and shaders deactivated, some idea?

Use your toribash with high graphics and dont use shaders.

That cause lag

I have no idea what SrBognanno is trying to say but yeah, I had the same prrblem it should fix itself in a while though.
Or you could try reinstalling the game client.
And Shaders never save atleast not in my clients.
