I was trying to post a reply with a replay of mine in it, but it said that I need to have played a game of toribash before I can post. I have played games of toribash already (I'm green belt) but it won't let me post.

You have to play the game in Multiplayer.
Atleast 1 game with your friend or online people in the multiplayer rooms.

Its just the achivement bug wait a few hours or a day so your qi updates

I've also heard reports of people not being able to earn qi in rooms anymore, don't know if that's true or not seeing as it doesn't apply to me all that much.

For clarification, you're not a greenbelt. If you go to ''Shop'' you'll see you have 0 QI, you need at least a certain amount I believe before you can post replays etc.

You probably played when servers were bugged and Qi wasn't given.. it's fixed now.
unless you were playing in single player because you can only get Qi in multiplayer.
