I've tried disabling them, changing the texture, enabling and disabling, never turns off. i deleted it from my customs folder but they still are there other people say! I have no idea what to do!

well that just turns off the particles, at least for me, and then they still appear for others and its been a few days and they still show for others who even /dl me to get the fresh download of me. so the game still think its active when its deactivated

You got to deactivate the item then delete your custom folder and Download yourself again

will that work for everyone else too? because the main issue is everyone else seeing it as well.

reinstalling is not required for that
next time just deactivate the fpt item from your inventory and delete your custom folder
dl yourself and reopen Tb
it works
