Its still in working because Toribash is an Indie game such as Minecraft , Terraria , Starve , Geometry dash and many others.. btw the 4 players can already be done , on older versions of toribash just check the Mod Board and then go to 4-party sub-forum , i guess here you will know how to do it , but as i said it only works on older versions.
