Nice way to catch attention, but please post your replays
here next time, m'kay ^^
On to the replays. I'll be frank with you as much as possible, so I hope that you don't take any offense in these:
- Replay 1:
Not gonna comment on this one.
- Replay 2:
This is kinda sucky. The back kick was good, I admit but there was no follow up at all. End in a pose too where you're not wrapped around uke's gibs.
- Replay 3:
Very similar to the 2nd one opener-wise. In SP, there is one thing you must avoid: being sluggish. After the first kick, nothing happened at all until you awkwardly decapped uke and kick his chest off. Try to keep a good flow of momentum, you know?
- Replay 4:
You're basically stuck with that one kick. Faster than the others, but still sluggish. Nice flip in the end.
Overall Opinion:
From what I can see, you're limiting yourself to that back kick in SP. Try to do something new. It might not look good at first, but once you're used to making new moves the results will be a lot better. Try moving the joints in a way you would think that wouldn't make sense.
If you want to make cooler looking replays, I suggest you relax. Most of the time in SP, you're the only one moving so you gotta kill Uke with lots of style. Relaxing some of your joints (preferably the ones you don't need to use) will help you a lot in gaining that fluid motion. Avoid being wrapped up in Uke and remove that sluggishness!
Lastly, experiment a whole lot more. See what each joint does and how they cooperate with each other. Know how to gain more momentum. Do the wackiest shiz you can think of and see if it looks good. After all, nobody can see you do it but you ;)
If you're too lazy to read the crap I wrote, just read my overall opinion.
