The point is that you shouldn't complain about not being given enough when the fact you are being given anything is amazing. These are people who probably started in a similar place to you in the community, they shouldn't be expected to behave like fully paid employees with fully paid employee deadlines and work schedules. Sure say what they could do better (this does not include working harding) if there is a clear way to do so, but calling them lazy is not helpful.
I'm not saying everything Cowmeat has said is wrong, but if people could at least try to communicate like adults then it would be a lot harder for staff to dismiss your complaints.

Sure, a lot of the stuff I've said (and probably will say in the future) might be rude and even blatantly uncalled for. It all comes from a place of frustration.
Some of you might now that I've been trying to push competitive reworks for a while (since the start of 2015), but in my position its just simply impossible.

Clan council doesn't communicate, that is simply a fact. Unknown (We dont know who's in CC) people who probably (again, how can we know) have no experience in competitive gaming are making the calls, and the people who have passion, experience and knowledge about it are left out completely.
Sure, some of the stuff I say is rude, mean and uncalled for. But then again, I'm not going to back from my position that CC is doing a horrible job regarding the ranked rework currently, it simply shouldn't take this long to be 20% done with the project. I know I'm quite toxic about this and it's not helping. That's pretty much it.

When you say ranked rework are you referring to the monthly ranking system or the clan ranking system?
To be clear, the council is done with the clan overhaul and it's in the dev teams hands now. We had a bit of downtime where we couldn't get anything done due to the dev server being down (which was out of our hands), but that's resolved now and work can begin again.
The monthly ranking is pretty much in hampa's hands. I think the majority of influence from staff there (I believe this was mostly gms, p sure) was the mods+servers as I believe Gynx mentioned? Honestly I'm not really sure. (lowly dev :v)
