and you can do something like /winprize (quantite of tcs) (player(the player tha if you win you won the winprize))"well.its all...

Sounds pretty much useless. Where are you going to use that?
If you say tourneys, then transferring tc to the winner per forum wouldn't be a problem.
But something cool would be if that winprize is an amount, that is being taken from your tc's everytime someone wins.
That would be practical for hotseat event's, for example.

Thats almost the same as betting and seems stupid sorry :/

There is a similar command, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it like /knockoutprize or /knockout. It's like winprize like you stated.
