I have go to the clan page and there is no {Quit} button Dx

It's a bug that happens sometimes. It should be there after a few days.

Its not bug if your clan is in war you can't quit it

Well when the war ends
or soon perhaps..

I'll force quit you out of the clan, as for the reason why you can't quit. It's because you can't quit from a clan during a active clan war.
