Should I add some ripples to the hood?

I thought it would be stupid considering the game is made up of large pixels.

I would like to have some white puffy stuff on the rims of the hood
The eyes are strange to me , and the nose... And the lower part of the head is all rigid.

Yes one Eye Black and i will do the other one red. But in which way is the Hood too stretched in your Opinion? Should it be further down?

Just maybe by making it a bit thinner.
