That's why they called "trap". And also I already found some 100% male traps, that means without surgery, hormon or other modification, mostly only using make up and wig. And funny thing is their sex orientation are straight.
About that sit potition, I think it will be looks weird if the sit position looks like a man and I believe most of male crossdresser/crossplayer out there will always try their best to looks like a female. And I think in anime, usually they use a feminine poses for a trap character for a fan service purpose.
