not sure if this has been asked before, but, what music do you listen to; any favourite bands/artists?

I THINK i've been asked that before, but eh. Basically, it varies a lot. The most dominant genre in my collection of music is probably symphonic metal, but i also have other kinds of metal, techno, orchestral and dark ambient.

Common to many of my favourite songs is that they're often quite dark and/or gloomy sounding (i.e. Silent Waters by Amorphis), which proooooooobably isn't what people might expect from me, not that it matters. As for favourite bands/artists, i think Two Steps From Hell is at the top of the list (although i like Thomas Bergersen's music better than Nick Phoenix's, they're both REALLY GOOD). A tiny bit further down the list, you'll find Amorphis, Equilibrium, Gamma Ray and Nightwish, in no particular order. Finntroll, Turisas and Fairyland are also pretty damn good.

Of course, i also enjoy a good chiptune, and i couldn't possibly make a list of music without including Undertale's soundtrack. Also, if you're peckish for dark ambient, my "supplier" would be Cryo Chamber. :v
