I have tried every way possible i think, i would try to contact hampa but i dont know his email or Skype so i can't but i did put it in a suggestion in the Ideas and Suggestions forum.

We will need at least the following information to get started here:

How does it not work? Does an error message pop up? Does the window appear blank? Is the text not working? Does the installer not run? Please provide us with a step by step of what you do when you try to run it and at what point it doesn't work.

Also, are you running Windows, Mac, or Linux? If so, do you know which version?"
