3rd Dan requirement (3DR) is in place to insure a minimum MP exp level. This has been key in developing the strong MP team we have today.

However I do see your point. SP skillz should be valued in the same way as MP is atm. I to have had the desire to recruit new members but couldn't due to this rule.

To resolve this I think the 3DR should be reserved to people applying based on their MP skill alone. If you were going to join based on your MP skill it makes sense that you should be of a certain level.

If applying based on other achievements/quality's, it should be those that are examined. If you were to join based on your SP skill you will just need to gain the approval of the members of Urban - replays should be kickass.

There should be a divide between people who join due to MP skill and those who join due to their SP skill.


I know Splinter's work, I would be happy for him to come to Urban.
