Well, I just like to buy TC in ToriShop so if the ADMIN can upgrade its rates, I'll be happy to buy again.

Care to elaborate on how changing the rates in torishop will help the community at all? We already have plenty of trustworthy players selling tc, so personally I think that increasing the tc to dollar amount in the torishop would be, in a way, cheating our community of money they earned (arguably) fair and square.

Id rather buy from the shop because you get the tc right away.
but the rates are complete shit, you can buy from players for 14k-20k per us dollar.
Id gladly buy from the store and support the game more if the rates became less shit.

The store rates being inflated would just cause the player cost inflating with it, so the rates will always be worse either way.

Well, I don't like delays. So i always buy the TC and QI at Torishop. But that, the rates! The staff needs to increase it.

That would spawn too much tc again, making it worth less and less.

I actually agree somewhat that the rates should be changed. Not too match the in-game price at all, but a little change wouldn't hurt.
And it would not really inflate the economy too much. TC can always be sunk, and there are ways to do it that there would not be too much tc in the economy at one time. The actually torishop while it is more expensive, it provides instant tc and provides a sense of security.
