Good Cleaner?
I need a good free program that cleans up a PC from virus' and clears cashe and all that good shit, and for the love of god, please dont say CCLeaner its so bad just look up review online

Ccleaner is alright but the purpose of it is not to get rid of any malware you have.
run Malwarebytes, best free program if you want to get rid of shady stuff.

CCleaner is probably the best, if not one of the best cleaners for your PC. If it still doesn't clean up enough space you could download an uninstaller program or go to Programs and Features and delete applications you don't use

If you want to go with a really good program you could get Advanced system care, the activation keys are easy to find online anyway.

Malwarebytes is probably by far the best free software to remove viruses from your computer.
It does have an "upgraded version" which is the version you pay for and comes with a few extra security add-ons but the free version is perfect for finding and removing viruses.
For clearing cache, you should be able to do that manually.
