As plenty of people have pointed out, the color associated with blank space in the shop is very similar to platinum and makes it hard to tell what it actually looks like. I suggest instead changing it to a transparent mesh so you can see each color effectively without much issue, as you can still tell what part is being shown. A fairly simple suggestion, but it's a nice quality of life change.
