Machine Gun Kelly - Til I die

I made a vid, this isn't my first but I would like to acquire some tips on editing. Please also keep in mind you don't even have to be an editor, or have any knowledge. I just want to know what you like and dislike and give me some ideas if you have any.

The style I'm going for.





Both vids are made by Habu (Yes he's my favorite editor).

P.S Treat me as if I had no clue, because I'm still very inexperienced.

K well first the videos have no transitions except black screens like atleast make it glowing or something or make transitions smoother
Second of all this looks rlly un synced
try pan cropping maybe to fill up some
random space.

Try using keyframes. (ConCon has a great video on them.)
Try not to make your music sound like.. that. Way to amplified.
Add better transitions. (Blend a clip with another one in a good way like you see the better editors doing)
The reflection effect you used just didn't make much sense where you put it, and it lasted too long.
Get magic bullet looks and use velo. (Look up Magic Bullet Looks, and velo is speeding and slowing clips to match. Look that up too.)
