How about if...
You hit the opponent straight in genital area, it makes all his muscles go limp for a second or two.

tho this specific isnt implemented there actually are weak spots in the game, if you hit them with enough force dismemberment will happen, and then all muscles are relaxed. of course in multiplayer you can tense them directly again..
