Everytime I click on another window when toribash is up front then click on toribash, a white bar appears on the side. This goes away when I minimize the screen and bring it back up but it is kinda annoying.

Are you using shaders? If you are, un-ticking 'disable graphics reloading' will cure it.

If not, what graphics chip have you got?

K, this is where we might hit a brick wall. Intel graphics chips have required a driver update for the menu to work in 3.6x, this then leaves us with a problem.

A new driver should sort this, but your more than likely using a recent one - possibly the most recent.

Here's a link to the driver page, get the newest you can for your OS & give it a go.

Meh, that means your graphics chip's been customised by the computers manufacturer. You'd have to look up your machine on the manufacturers website & see if they've made a newer driver.
