I was thinking maybe adding a new 3d object? Like a cane. I havr a few other suggestions too. A backwards hat would be cool! But since Toribash is martial arts and other stuff mixed, What about headgear? Or a mouthpiece.

Toribash takes 3D submissions, make one of the items you're referring to and send it to one of the people who takes the submissions.

I'll assume that you cannot make items yourself. We got a wonderful item forger team that takes care of such things. Send your detailed ideas and suggestions their way and they might consider making it into an item.
