I can't make it work

If you have uploaded the sound correctly, it will play when you hit your opponent with specific amount of force.

Hit 2 sound is supposed to play on medium-light hits. I guess that would be when you give someone a medium soft punch or kick.

You also need to have the item activated ofcours, thought I'd mention it because I don't see the item in your activated.

Adding to this that hit sounds play when one takes damage, and not like Smaguris said.

Strangely, all the hit sounds occur when you take damage, rather than when you inflict damage.

If you’re problem is uploading a file, keep the sound clip under 5seconds and make sure its a .wav file type, otherwise you’ll face issues. There are file converters out there you can use to do so. If you’re still struggling, there is a tutorial on YouTube on how to upload a sound file on to your hit sound items.
