That's a common thing that goes away by dl'ing or/and lp'ing yourself again. That's happens because there's one line for the 3d item for body part, and you have 2 things activated.

You have 163 items DLing, that's what's causing the visual bug. You should download them fully first

yeah doesn't matter anymore, fixed by deleting my customs folder.
