Here is a summarization of each episode.

House walks in, a close-up cane shot, and harasses his boss. Then, he pops a pill, then goes to the hospital room where the patient lays. He looks at her, says something obvious, then Cuddy yells at him. Then, they procrastinate in the thinking room, name off symptoms, he pops two pills, then passes out. He wakes up, denying any attention, then goes to the patient and tries something crazy. Cuddy yells at him yet again, and House slunks away. Then, when Cuddy isn't looking, he does the crazy thing and kills the patient. Cuddy walks in, screams her head off and PMS's, but then House does something crazy and brings the patient back to life. They procrastinate yet again in the thinking room, his colleagues have a breakthrough, he then claims it's his idea. He goes into the room, stab the patient in the head with a rusty spoon, brings the patient back to life. He then pops another pill, calls everybody idiots, harasses Cuddy yet again, credits, preview, The Office.
