here is my aikido opening that gets me a win 80 % of the time and ill show 4 different variations of followings. i simulated a move for UKE

'Aikido opening'
extend left hip
extend left glute
contract right glute
contract right hip
contract right knee
right bending lumbar
right rotating chest
contract left pecs
extend right pecs
grabby left hand
Variation 1
(if the opponent attacks with the same side as you and u grab their hand)
raise left shoulder
then fr3styl your way after that.
Variation 2
(this one is a bit iffy it requires more skill to win) it is used when an opponent uses like a noob clap type opening and right hand is grabbed.
contract right wrist
extend right elbow
lower right shoulder
space
contract right pec
raise right shoulder
extend left pec
extend left elbow
lower left shoulder
left rotating chest
extend right hip
extend right glute
extend right knee
and fr3styl the rest
Variation 3
(this is when the opponent avoids your left arm and goes to grab your right)
contract right elbow
extend right wrist
space
lower right shoulder
extend right elbow
contract right wrist
raise right shoulder
fr3styl the rest of the move and game
Variation 4
(if the opponent probably wont grab you)
un grabby your hand
extend right glute
extend right knee
left bending lumbar
extend abs
