can somone please tell me a good screen recorder i have found many but i want to use them with Flyff and it laggs the hell out of the game so if somone can please recomend one that wont lag me i will be glad to try anything.(that i havnt already tried)

Fraps is supposed to be good, but it's a trial.
Camtasia is good for allaround screencapture, but fraps is game specific.

I agree with parker, Fraps is quite a good video capturing service, and if you visit IRC a few times, a few of us may be able to Help you get the full version.
