THE WEAPON EMPORIUM

Looks like the weapon emporium is in town!



Hey guys! So for a while various people have been asking me for weapons,
some of which are already on Toribash, and maybe some that aren't.
So I've created 30 weapons (simple designs) a
nd put them against each other! There are 15 different match ups to try.

I've used a fully rotating wrist mechanic for some of the wrists.
This will allow for the illusion of a spinning weapon,
as well as some interesting/unique angles to defend and strike at!

Download the ZIP FILE at the bottom to get all the weapons. Enjoy!

With each match up there is an Original Toribash Model version that ends with "s"
and a realism version that ends with "m". The realism version is just mma body/settings.

Every mod here, has a dojo that will DQ you if you step out!
There is a reason I went with this instead of an environment:

1. So it'd be easier performance wise on more computers.

2. So people can load/create their own ATMOS if they wish.

3. to lessen the chance weapons will get stuck on objects.

4. to encourage players to stay closer and in the fight.



Notes and Warnings:

Some of the larger weapons are a little wonky when spun
with the MMA models because of their weight.

Remember collision detection in Toribash isn't the best.
Meaning there is a HIGH chance complex defensive techniques
will fail as a result of the thinner objects passing through
each other when enough speed/force is applied.

I've lowered the friction on all weapon parts in hopes this will
lesson the chance weapons get stuck together or stuck within your limbs.

There are no rules of play. Make a choreographed
replay or attempt to play more competitive.

If you're upset by the lack of detail on some of these weapons,
there has to be design sacrifices to make the match up. If you'd like
a more stylized version with more detail,
I'd be more the happy to include it in a future release.
