Well, uploading textures is pretty easy.
Just go to your Torishop, Textures (the link that 931bw gave you), then upload the pictures on the textures. The format should be 128x128, and it has to be either a Jpeg file, Tga, or Png.
If you don't know how to make textures, you can request some in the Request part of the Market Board.You can also buy/bid textures in the Art/Textures part of the Market board.
