how do i play them? i click on them but then it like says open/save. i press open but it say weird thingss

Toribash, you go to setup from the tori main menu and then replays. Every one of your replays will be there.

but how do you post them to fourms

Attach them like you did earlier. If you want to save them, on my comp I go to 'my computer', then 'os', then 'games', then 'toribash' and then replays.
