*points upward* I think this against Nabi rules, by standard rate of TC (regardless that the promo is obviously worth more then 20k) the toricredits added with the non-qi elf pack needs to be 650,000?

That means one person can have 1 shop at a time. More than one person can run the same shop at one time.
