The idea behind a promo is that we the buyer are getting a bonus for spending so much. The idea is not that you can use it to try to SELL people even more stuff & take away thier bonus....

Your concept of promos is totally wrong . Maybe you have spend money only in Toribash community & no other place, like in real life activities etc.
Promos is not always equal to free goods for what one buys.
It can vary from discount on some item or 50% off on more purchase or the cheapest item among the lot for 75%off. It can be anything. Even home service count as promos in real life ,so get to know more about life & stuffs....
Besides we are not doing some charity service, it's all business & you should try to understand how it works.
