oh lol i do many reps. bench 60 kilos 30 times.
pushups i can hit 100, but i gotta do my best then :P and only on the first try ^^
mostly with pushups i do 30, pause for 1 min, do another 30, pause 1 min and do another 50. situps around 400. pause 3 mins and another 400.
Squats are with your legs amirite? i push 240kilos.
15 times. then pause 2 minutes and push 140kilos 40 times.
My training schedule has been abit reduced to nothing the last days i must say..
now the only lifting i do is liquor lol.
Also i am 18 years of age, 1.85 meters, 62 kilos.
