oh lol i do many reps. bench 60 kilos 30 times.
pushups i can hit 100, but i gotta do my best then :P and only on the first try ^^
mostly with pushups i do 30, pause for 1 min, do another 30, pause 1 min and do another 50. situps around 400. pause 3 mins and another 400.
Squats are with your legs amirite? i push 240kilos.
15 times. then pause 2 minutes and push 140kilos 40 times.
My training schedule has been abit reduced to nothing the last days i must say..
now the only lifting i do is liquor lol.
Also i am 18 years of age, 1.85 meters, 62 kilos.

addon to my last post then
my hight is about 1,85 meters, my weight is 70 kilo's (no im not fat at all u can see my 6pack ^^) indeed i ment lifting with legs (bench i can do about 60 kilo's) but mostly do about 20 (i do condition not strength), pushups i dunno never couned and situps neighter but can do at least 20 for the rest i dunno what to say

I hate being 62 kilos =_= i want to be at least 65.
Lightest class in witch i fight is <65kilogram.
So i am in a bit of a disadvantage.
My stats are W:2 L:0
