EDIT: a real question now:

I'm trying to make a mod which requirws me to rotate the thigh and leg bodyparts, and therefore move the knee so that it works logically. the problem is this: i got the knee in the right place, but there's a black ball a bit way from it and it will only let me use the knee from that ball. oalso the knee doesn't have mass but the ball does... what can i do?
