Hi, I'm new to toribash and its really fun.

But when I'm in a multiplayer match with shaders on the timers don't show up, but with shaders off they do.
I've tried buying a timer and it still won't show with shaders on.
Any idea how to fix this?

No fix for it now, everyone has this bug. Just wait for the next version, and hope it'll be fixed there.

Though I think if one of the fighters has a custom timer color, this'll be fixed for that match. So you can try buying one and you'll be good : )

EDIT: another question actually, if an item is sold out in the torishop, will it ever be restocked?

Depends on the item.
Some get restocked some don't.

Edit: If it says "Limited Edition" in the description they probably won't be restocked. So buy these items quickly if they're avaible. You can sell them later for insane prices :P.
Just have a look at the deal finder if you need something that is sold out.
