It seems there are only a few of us who ever post on the forum, and the majority of the clan are virtually inactive in the community. As are result, our forum is not as active as it should be in a clan with 30+ members. We need to start recruiting more active people or introcing some sort of reward system for posting. I thought we could have a system of targets a bit like this.

10 forum posts = 500tc
20 forum posts = 1000tc
50 forum posts = 5000tc
etc.

Your thoughts please.

But, how are you gonna count when somebody have 10 post, 20 posts, etc?

We wud have to take track of peoples posts very accuratly
