You can find them somewhat randomly across the forums. Originally, they were distributed by veb as novelty collectors items. Most users bought them and then hoarded them for their collections.

Now they're pretty rare to see for any sort of decent price, as they're fairly big collectors items... there should be more things like this in the future. ;)
