there were three in gman's shop but they have been sold. i have MORE than 100k to spend on this, so if you bought one of gman's you can make some profit here.

The no Qi pure force is only no Qi because Gman is selling it, so they can't be sold on as no Qi. There isn't much hope of finding one. Unless you buy of Gman, Veb or maybe Hector as these are the only people who can sell items without Qi.

To my knowledge, Hector can't.
