I'm not saying it's a conspiracy (i give exactly 0 shit about any celeb), but everything isn't necessarily as it seems.

Yeah, I will admit I am gullible in most situations. But I am also just naturally distrusting of the word conspiracy. The vast majority of the ones you hear about are based on speculation, faulty (if any science), and the general "need" of humanity to feel like they have some sort of secret truth that the rest of the globe is too dumb to notice. I view them pretty much along the same lines as I do religion.

Well for one it has wrecked Kanye's reputation, even the President has called him a "jackass".

Beyonce didn't gain anything because people subconsciously associate her with what Kanye did. Kanye was supporting her, people hate Kanye therefore people don't like Beyonce.

Taylor Swift got sympathy because it was her big moment and was ruined by Kanye.

So no it wasn't a conspiracy. They are all famous enough as it is, what would this serve to do?
